reisenthel wächst im Handel, und dafür schaffen wir diese Stelle neu. Als POS/VM Manager (m|w|d) für die Region Mitte sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Produkte bei unseren Handelspartnern so präsentiert werden, dass sie auffallen und gekauft werden.

Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Brand Ambassador sowie erster Ansprechpartner für alle 360-Grad POS-Themen
  • Analyse der Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Ableitung der Maßnahmen
  • Eigenständige Planung und Koordination von Point of Sale-Besuchen inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Warenbestände (sell-in und sell-out), Auffüllung der Sortimente am PoS
  • Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Brand-Konzepte aus den Bereichen Storedesign, Visual Merchandising & Marketing zur optimalen Markendarstellung am POS
  • Akquirierung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen (u.a. Sonderflächen, Schaufenster) am POS
  • Reporting über die aktuellen Umsetzungsmaßnahmen und Verkaufssituation anhand vorgegebener Reporting-Tools
  • Training der Verkaufsmitarbeiter/-innen am Point of Sale
  • Planung und Begleitung bei Neueröffnungen, Umbauten und Messeauftritten
  • Teilnahme an Meetings und Events

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gestalterische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Visual Merchandising bzw. in der Verkaufsstellenbetreuung
  • Positives, offenes Auftreten sowie kunden- und vertriebsorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikativ und begeisterungsfähig mit hoher Eigenmotivation und Flexibilität
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Kennzahlen/KPI’s und gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (auch mehrtägig mit Übernachtungen) und Führerschein der Klasse B
