What’s the role about?

We are looking for an Area Visual Manager for the Southeast region to join our Visual Merchandising team, creating inspiring store environments that reflect the brand consistently and offer a seamless customer experience. Working closely with the Area Manager, store managers and in-store visual merchandising colleagues, you will use sales and performance information to help drive profitable sales, while training and supporting teams to deliver our visual merchandising standards.

You will ideally be based in Miami, overseeing the Southeast region and reporting to the North American Visual Manager.

Who you are

  • Experienced in leading visual merchandising across several stores, with a strong track record of delivering creative displays and sales results.
  • Based within the Miami area, with the ability to support stores across the region.
  • Genuine passion for premium, luxury and design-led products, with a strong understanding of how to present the brand to a high standard.
  • Focused on the customer, with a thorough understanding of how visual merchandising combines creativity with sales performance, and the ability to apply this in store.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with changing business needs and priorities in a busy retail environment, while maintaining close attention to detail and high standards.
  • An excellent relationship builder who communicates effectively at all levels and works closely with store teams, the Area Manager, regional teams and head office colleagues.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to understand sales and performance reports, use the findings to make improvements and manage several priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, confident working independently while working well with teams across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Coaching and developing store teams during visits, building the skills and confidence of store managers and in-store visual merchandising colleagues to present products to a high standard independently.
  • Representing the brand through a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and careful attention to styling. Taking a ‘Walking in the customer’s shoes’ approach to create clearly organized, easy-to-shop spaces that group products by how and when customers will wear them.
  • Identifying ways to improve store presentation and organizing visual merchandising training across the Southeast region, including planned sessions away from the shop floor.
  • Regularly reviewing competitors and how our brand compares within each partner location, setting high standards and introducing creative ideas to improve product presentation and drive sales.
  • Using sales and performance information, including weekly trading reviews, to improve store layouts, displays and stock use, working closely with the Area Manager to assess the results.
  • Working closely with store, regional and head office teams, sharing successful ideas and new approaches, and supporting colleagues’ development by coaching Trainee Merchandisers and building relationships with Buying and Merchandising teams.
  • Helping to plan product ranges by preparing buying information packs, reviewing past performance and lessons learned, and analyzing demand by size; keeping product data and purchase orders accurate, and tracking supplier deliveries against key deadlines.
  • Managing category WSSI reports, price reductions, incoming stock reviews and future stock commitments against targets; forecasting sales, deliveries and stock, and maintaining IAQ reports, product attribute analysis and consistent information across systems to keep stock levels on track.

What we offer

  • Competitive pay with bonus potential.
  • Business wear reimbursement.
  • Up to 80% staff discount.
  • Employee assistance programs.
  • Premium healthcare coverage.
  • Plus further workplace benefits.

Compensation: $66,500 - $75,000

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
