The posting

I rollen ansvarar du för den dagliga hanteringen av inkommande och utgående gods från företagets lager. Arbetet är omväxlande och innehåller både fysiska moment, kundservice och viss administration. Du kommer att ta emot leveranser, plocka och lämna ut ordrar till kunder samt hålla ordning och struktur på lagret.

Tjänsten är på deltid, cirka 20 timmar per vecka, med arbetstid förlagd främst mellan kl. 08.00-13.00 måndag till fredag. Det finns viss flexibilitet kring upplägget. Start sker vid årsskiftet och tjänsten är långsiktig med möjlighet till utökning på sikt.

Arbetsuppgifter

  • Ta emot och kontrollera inkommande gods
  • Plocka, packa och lämna ut kundordrar
  • Hantera kundbesök och hjälpa kunder på plats
  • Registrera och administrera lagerrörelser i affärssystem
  • Säkerställa ordning och struktur på lagret
  • Samarbeta med kollegor på kontoret i den dagliga verksamheten

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av lagerarbete/system/fakturering
  • Trivs i en roll med högt tempo och många kontaktytor
  • Är fysiskt stark och bekväm med att hantera paket upp till cirka 30 kg
  • Har god datorvana
  • Är noggrann, ansvarstagande och strukturerad
  • Har en positiv inställning och god servicekänsla
  • Är stresstålig och kan prioritera när flera saker händer samtidigt

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Fortnox eller andra affärssystem.
