O que a pessoa vai viver no dia a dia

  • Atender prontamente os contatos recebidos, mantendo tempo de resposta ágil de até 5 minutos para maximizar o engajamento inicial do cliente.
  • Executar rotina ativa de abordagem comercial, conduzindo no mínimo 10 ligações e 30 conversas diárias pelo WhatsApp corporativo.
  • Aplicar roteiros estruturados de qualificação para mapear o perfil, as dores e o momento de compra de cada contato.
  • Agendar reuniões comerciais qualificadas para a equipe de fechamento, garantindo que o cliente chegue preparado para a conversa.
  • Registrar e organizar detalhadamente todas as interações e etapas do fluxo de vendas dentro do CRM.
  • Acompanhar rigorosamente o fluxo de cadência e follow-up para recuperar oportunidades e aproveitar ao máximo a base de contatos.
  • Compartilhar análises diárias e semanais com a equipe de marketing sobre o volume e a qualidade das oportunidades recebidas.

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com clareza, empatia e domínio das normas gramaticais.
  • Desenvoltura para contato ativo direto, com facilidade para falar ao telefone e conduzir conversas de qualificação.

  • Estrutura completa para atuação remota, com computador funcional, fone com microfone e internet estável.
