Die meisten Ausbildungen in der Immobilienbranche laufen nach dem Prinzip „Mitlaufen und Akten sortieren“. Bei uns nicht.

reltix ist eine Hausverwaltung, die ihre eigene Technologie baut. Wir betreuen über 7.000 Einheiten und automatisieren unsere Arbeit Stück für Stück mit eigener Software und KI. Du lernst also nicht nur, wie Verwaltung heute funktioniert, sondern auch, wie sie in Zukunft aussehen wird.

Deine Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich

Du bist von Tag 1 Teil des Teams und arbeitest an echten Objekten, mit echten Zahlen und echter Verantwortung:

Eigentümer:innen und Mieter:innen betreuen: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in bei Anliegen, Anfragen und Rückfragen und lernst, wie professionelle Verwaltung im Alltag abläuft.

Wirtschaftlich denken: Du arbeitest mit Budgets, Angeboten und Abrechnungen und verstehst, wie sich Entscheidungen auf Zahlen auswirken.

Projekte begleiten: Du unterstützt Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.

Mit moderner Technologie arbeiten: Du nutzt unsere eigene Software, erlebst Automatisierung im Einsatz und hilfst mit, Abläufe besser zu machen.

Mitgestalten: Du erkennst, wo etwas schneller oder klüger gehen könnte, und sagst es. Deine Ideen werden bei uns gehört und umgesetzt.

So läuft deine Ausbildung ab: Du lernst im Wechsel im Betrieb und in der Berufsschule. Eine feste Ansprechperson begleitet dich durch die gesamte Ausbildung.

  • Schulabschluss: Fachhochschulreife / Abitur
  • Neugier auf Immobilien und Technologie: Du findest es spannend, wie Digitalisierung eine klassische Branche verändert.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken: Du willst verstehen, warum etwas so läuft, und nicht nur, wie man es abarbeitet.
  • Zuverlässigkeit: Du arbeitest organisiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und denkst mit.
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an, statt abzuwarten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst dich schriftlich und mündlich klar ausdrücken, auch im Gespräch mit Eigentümer:innen und Mieter:innen.
