Du berätst Bestandshalter bisher beim Ankauf, bei der Finanzierung oder beim Verkauf. Und du verdienst an diesen Leuten nur dann, wenn sie eine Transaktion machen. Bei uns verdienst du daran, dass sie besitzen. Wichtig vorab: Das ist keine Bestandsbetreuung. Du gewinnst neue Mandate für unsere Verwaltung, führst deine eigene Pipeline und bringst Deals bis zur Unterschrift.

Neue Mandate gewinnen. Private Bestandshalter, dazu Family Offices, Asset Manager und institutionelle Eigentümer. Du bist aktiver Netzwerker und Dinge wie Direktansprache, Branchenevents und Empfehlungen liegen dir. Multiplikatoren systematisch pflegen. Zinshausmakler, Finanzierer, Steuerberater, Bauträger. Du weißt, wie lange diese Beziehungen brauchen, bis sie tragen. Wir geben dir die Zeit, die das kostet. Pipeline aufbauen und verantworten Du bringst Kunden mit Immobilienportfolien von erstem Touchpoint bis hin zum finalen Vertrag - Preisstaffel, Abgrenzung kaufmännische und technische Verwaltung, Laufzeiten, Bestandsübernahme.

Dein Profil

  • Drei bis sieben Jahre im Immobilien-Erfahrung im Investmentvertrieb, in der gewerblichen Immobilienfinanzierung oder in angrenzenden und verwandten Bereichen
  • Ein (erstes) Netzwerk zu Bestandshaltern bzw. Unternehmen und Personen in der Immobilienindustrie
  • Verhandlungsfestigkeit bei Vertragsdetails und Souveränität gegenüber Unternehmern, die seit 25 Jahren im Markt sind
  • Struktur. Du weißt jederzeit, wo jeder Deal steht und warum
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, Reisebereitschaft
  • Plus: Du bringst Erfahrungen aus dem privaten Umgang mit Immobilien mit
