About the Job:

The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue within established accounts in the payer market.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives by managing territory projections and executing activities that identify and capture revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and expand relationships within assigned accounts to generate new business and increase customer value.
  • Manage customer retention strategies and account roadmaps to protect and grow base revenue.
  • Partner closely with technical implementation and cross-functional teams, using a pursuit team mindset to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Create and execute effective account and territory plans aligned to business goals.
  • Engage client contacts to understand business needs and uncover opportunities for expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Account management experience preferably in the healthcare market, with health plans or within the broader healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of working with top-tier clients to provide white-glove support and assistance.
  • Understanding of health plan operations, internal workflows, and business models is a plus.
  • Experience in providing client support for data, analytics, or SaaS solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to strengthen and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborative mindset with curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Central U.S. location preferred; this is a remote position.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $109,200. Total Target Cash Range: $100,900 - $168,200. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for New York City is $75,400 - $125,700. Total Target Cash for New York City is $116,000 - $193,400. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $62,300 - $103,700. Total Target Cash Range for Rochester, NY is $95,900 - $159,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $62,300 - $103,700. Total Target Cash Range for OH is $95,900 - $159,800. Base Pay Range for NJ is $74,074 - $118,326. Total Target Cash Range for NJ is $119,119 - $190,281.
