Deine Aufgaben

LINKEDIN MANAGEMENT: Du unterstützt uns bei der Betreuung unserer LinkedIn-Unternehmensprofile und der Profile unserer CEOs. Dazu gehören Redaktionsplanung, Briefings, das Erstellen und Veröffentlichen von Posts sowie das Community Management und die Auswertung der Performance.

MARKETING & CONTENT: Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketingaktivitäten mit Fokus auf Brand Building, Content Marketing und Leadgenerierung mit. Dabei hilfst du bei der Planung, Erstellung und Optimierung von Inhalten für unsere Kanäle.

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION: Du erstellst eigenständig visuelle Inhalte, zum Beispiel für LinkedIn, Instagram oder Newsletter, und unterstützt bei der Redaktionsplanung.

PODCAST: Du unterstützt uns bei unserem Podcast „One More Question“, von der Themen- und Gästerecherche über die Organisation der Aufnahmen bis zur Veröffentlichung und Verbreitung der Folgen auf unseren Kanälen.

PERFORMANCE & PROJEKTE: Du unterstützt bei der Auswertung relevanter KPIs, erstellst Reportings und Präsentationen und arbeitest in verschiedenen Marketingprojekten mit.

Dein Profil

STUDIUM: Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, Kommunikation, Digitale Medien oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.

ERSTE PRAKTISCHE ERFAHRUNG: Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation oder in der Podcast- bzw. Videoproduktion sammeln.

DIGITAL AFFINITY: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint. Erfahrungen mit LinkedIn, Canva, Asana, Notion oder KI-Tools sind von Vorteil.

ORGANISATION & EIGENINITIATIVE: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hast Lust, Neues zu lernen.

SPRACHE: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (der Podcast ist deutschsprachig) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, denn die Kommunikation im Team findet auf Englisch statt.

Rahmenbedingungen: Du hast mindestens sechs Monate Zeit und kannst uns für 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützen. Die Tätigkeit findet ausschließlich vor Ort in unserem Hamburger Office statt. Die Teamsprache ist Englisch.
