Du

  • bearbeitest komplexe Supportanfragen und Störungen im Rahmen des 2nd Level Supports
  • analysierst Fehlerursachen und übernimmst die nachhaltige Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • administrierst und betreust Clients, Server, Benutzerkonten sowie Zugriffs- und Berechtigungskonzepte
  • unterstützt bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Infrastrukturkomponenten
  • arbeitest eng mit dem 1st Level Support sowie externen Dienstleistern zusammen
  • dokumentierst Lösungen, Prozesse und Systemänderungen im Ticketsystem und in der IT-Dokumentation
  • unterstützt bei Rollouts, Updates, Patches sowie bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der IT-Landschaft
  • wirkst aktiv an IT-Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung interner Systeme und Prozesse mit

Du hast

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 2nd Level
  • gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows-Server, Client-Management, Netzwerktechnologien sowie Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung im Umgang, Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • eine strukturierte, service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
