Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of I-9 forms and new-hire paperwork.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure all documentation is properly organized.

Training & Employee Development

  • Coordinate new-hire orientation and required employee trainings.
  • Assist with tracking mandatory training and policy acknowledgments.
  • Support employee recognition programs and hotel engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with ADP or other HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support the daily HR operations of two hotel properties. This position will play an important role in employee recruitment, onboarding, and trainings. The ideal candidate is approachable, professional, proactive, and able to handle confidential employee matters while providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
