Descrição da vaga Profissional responsável pelo suporte e execução de atividades relacionadas à operação e manutenção de redes de telecomunicações, atuando na configuração de equipamentos, aplicação de licenças, análise de indicadores, tratamento de alarmes e suporte às mudanças na rede. Também será responsável pela elaboração de documentos técnicos, relatórios operacionais e acompanhamento dos processos de operação.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Executar atividades de configuração, manutenção e suporte em equipamentos de rede;
  • Aplicar e gerenciar licenças de software em equipamentos;
  • Realizar diagnóstico, reparo e substituição de hardware em elementos de rede;
  • Coletar e analisar informações técnicas, KPIs, alarmes, traces e bases de dados;
  • Executar solicitações de mudança (RFC) de baixo nível na rede;
  • Elaborar MOPs e documentação técnica para execução de atividades;
  • Revisar e atualizar documentos e bases relacionadas à operação;
  • Elaborar e analisar relatórios operacionais de rotina;
  • Apoiar a configuração e manutenção de sistemas e bancos de dados;
  • Atuar no acompanhamento e melhoria dos processos operacionais.
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Telecomunicações, Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Redes ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com operações, manutenção ou suporte de redes de telecomunicações;
  • Conhecimento em equipamentos e elementos de rede;
  • Conhecimento em KPIs, alarmes, traces e análise de dados de rede;
  • Experiência com documentação técnica e elaboração de MOP;
  • Conhecimento em processos de RFC (Request for Change);
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de banco de dados;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado e orientado à resolução de problemas;
