Sobre a vaga Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar como referência técnica em projetos de infraestrutura para redes móveis, sendo responsável pela concepção, dimensionamento, implantação e homologação de soluções estruturais para torres e sites de telecomunicações. A posição terá papel estratégico na busca por soluções inovadoras que garantam eficiência operacional, redução de custos e sustentabilidade financeira dos investimentos da companhia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Elaborar e validar projetos de infraestrutura de torres e estruturas para rádio.
  • Realizar cálculos estruturais, análise de cargas, esforços e fundações.
  • Conduzir processos de implantação e construção de sites de telecomunicações.
  • Avaliar e homologar novas tecnologias e soluções de infraestrutura.
  • Realizar análises de viabilidade técnica e financeira dos projetos.
  • Apoiar contratação e gestão de fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas, regulatórias e de segurança.
  • Promover melhorias contínuas visando otimização de custos e eficiência operacional.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Graduação completa em Engenharia Civil, Elétrica, Telecomunicações ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em infraestrutura de torres e sites de telecomunicações.
  • Experiência com cálculo e dimensionamento estrutural.
  • Conhecimento em normas técnicas aplicáveis a torres de telecomunicações.
  • Vivência em gestão de fornecedores e acompanhamento de obras.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas CAD e/ou softwares de cálculo estrutural.

Desejáveis

  • Pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, Engenharia de Estruturas ou Telecomunicações.
  • Experiência com soluções em roof tops, torres autoportantes, estaiadas e postes metálicos.
  • Conhecimento em viabilidade econômica e CAPEX de infraestrutura.

Conhecimentos Técnicos Necessários

  • Experiência em projetos de infraestrutura civil e estrutural aplicados a redes móveis e enlaces de rádio.
  • Conhecimento das normas técnicas e de segurança voltadas para torres e estruturas de telecomunicações.
  • Vivência em estudos de viabilidade técnico-econômica e dimensionamento de CAPEX.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de projeto e gestão, como AutoCAD, softwares de cálculo estrutural e ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos.
