Key Responsibilities:

5G Site Tuning Babysitting working permanently at customer premises . Selected candidate should teach customer in Nokia 5G KPI monitoring , optimization and acceptance process:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Nokia NPO Representative in front of customer to clarify doubts about cluster acceptance process;
  • Interface directly with customers to address NPO technical queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Work within a multi-vendor environment, leveraging cross-functional communication with Nokia Regional Optimization team and Customer to get Cluster acceptance.
  • Verify network parameter settings post-swap and monitor KPIs to support customer in Swap process follow up.
  • Generate comprehensive technical documentation and reports detailing swap progress, challenges, and solutions.

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
  • Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization) and swap projects
  • Independent level on Nokia 5G parameters, counters, and KPIs
  • Proficiency in drive test data analysis and network optimization tools
  • Experience with 5G swap projects
  • Familiarity with OSS platforms

Special requirements:

  • Mandatory English speaking, Turkish desirable
  • In-country presence
  • Experience in Telecom Rollout Projects
