Om tjänsten Som fritidsledare ansvarar du för att planera och leda fritidsverksamhet för barn och unga i din kommun. SuperRen hanterar denna aktiva rekrytering åt en kund i din kommun, och tjänsten har särskilt fokus på fritidshem och öppna fritidsaktiviteter där social samverkan, kreativitet och rörelse främjas.

Vad du kommer att göra Planera, genomföra och följa upp kreativa och fysiska aktiviteter anpassade efter ålder och behov. Skapa en trygg och inkluderande miljö genom aktiv tillsyn, tydliga rutiner och professionell konflikthantering. Samarbeta dagligen med skolpersonal, föräldrar och kollegor samt delta i överlämningar vid hämtning och lämning. Dokumentera aktiviteter, närvaro och barns utveckling samt upprätta enkla rapporter och handlingsplaner. Följa säkerhets- och hygienrutiner samt bidra till hållbara och miljövänliga arbetssätt i verksamheten. Stötta barns sociala utveckling genom mentorskap, strukturerade gruppövningar och individuellt stöd.

Vem vi söker Du har erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga, gärna från fritidshem, fritidsgård eller liknande verksamhet. Du behärskar svenska i tal och skrift och kommunicerar tydligt med barn, vårdnadshavare och kollegor. Du är driven och tar eget ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Du levererar hög kvalitet och noggrannhet i varje moment Du har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar till god stämning Du är öppen för att lära dig nya rutiner och anpassa dig efter kundens behov God konflikthanteringsförmåga, tålamod och förmåga att skapa förtroende hos barn och ungdomar.

Anställningsform och lön Anställningsform och omfattning bestäms i samråd med kunden; vanligt förekommande är tillsvidare- eller visstidsanställning samt deltid. Anställningen blir direkt hos kundföretaget i din kommun i enlighet med svensk lag (LAS 1982:80) och tillämpliga kollektivavtal.
