Contexte et environnement de travail :

Au sein de SOFRASTOCK International, acteur majeur de la logistique après-vente du Groupe Renault, les Business Units PPA ( petites pièces automobiles) et PHF ( produits hors fabrication) sont engagées dans une démarche permanente d'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle, de l'excellence industrielle et de la satisfaction client.

Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un stagiaire ingénieur (H/F) pour une durée de 6 mois afin de contribuer à l'analyse critique de la productivité et du Total Delivery Cost sur les flux à destination de nos clients principaux hors France ( Maroc, Roumanie, Turquie). Vous participerez à des projets concrets à fort impact opérationnel, au contact direct des équipes terrain et des managers.

Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction des Opérations et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes :

  • Responsable Performance, adjointe du directeur des opérations
  • Organisateur Processus et métier
  • Chef d’Atelier
  • Chef de Département Logistique
  • Responsable Qualité

Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement de proximité tout en disposant d'une réelle autonomie dans la conduite de vos analyses et projets.

Vos missions :

Votre mission principale consistera à analyser les couts actuels des flux (en ramenant au coût à l’unité vendue), identifier les sources de non-valeur ajoutée et proposer des actions concrètes permettant d'améliorer durablement le Total Delivery Cost.

Une action de transversalisation vers le secteur ACPC ( Activité Commerciale de petits conditionnement) pourra être proposée en complément.

1. Analyse critique du process actuel

  • Identifier les leviers d'amélioration ( complexité picking/packing, temps de réception, remplissage camions..)
  • Réaliser des bench avec les autres flux réalisés.
  • Élaborer des scénarios de mutualisation des moyens ( transport aval)
  • Quantifier les gains potentiels en termes de :Productivité Coûts TDC

2. Management transversal

  • Organiser et animer les réunions de travail.
  • Développer une démarche collaborative permettant de faire émerger les meilleures solutions.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre des solutions retenues.
  • Suivre les résultats et mesurer les gains réalisés après déploiement..
  • Accompagner la conduite du changement sur le terrain.
  • Faciliter la communication entre les équipes opérationnelles
  • Assurer le suivi des plans d'actions et des résultats obtenus.

Qui êtes-vous ?

Formation

  • Élève ingénieur(e) en 4 eme ou 5 eme année
  • Spécialisation Performance Industrielle, Logistique, Supply Chain ou équivalent.

Compétences techniques

  • Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de processus.
  • Analyse de données et maîtrise d'Excel.
  • Connaissance des méthodes d'amélioration continue (5S, Kaizen, VSM, PDCA).
  • Gestion de projet et planification.

Qualités personnelles

  • Excellent relationnel et goût du terrain.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
  • Curiosité et force de proposition.
  • Capacité à convaincre et à argumenter.
  • Sens de l'organisation et rigueur.
  • Aisance dans l'animation de groupes de travail.
  • Autonomie et esprit d'initiative.
  • Goût pour les environnements industriels et logistiques.
