Au sein de Renault Group Procurement, vous rejoignez la direction Achats sur un périmètre stratégique : les services RH.

Domaine où l'optimisation économique nécessite une connaissance pointue des différents possibilités réglementaires de travail temporaire. Le marché se transforme, au niveau de la réglementation, des outils informatique de gestion, et de nouveaux fournisseurs apparaissent avec différents niveaux de digitalisation. Il faut aussi bien connaitre les besoins internes pour identifier les meilleures solutions.

En tant que Expert Buyer, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance globale du Groupe, en pilotant un portefeuille d’achats à forts enjeux, au cœur de la transformation sociale, organisationnelle et technologique de Renault Group.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, international et transverse, en lien permanent avec les directions métiers et un ensemble de fournisseurs stratégiques.

Vos missions

En tant que Expert Buyer – HR Services, vous êtes responsable de la performance achats et de la relation fournisseur sur votre périmètre. Vos principales missions sont :

  • Garantir la performance QCD de votre périmètre (coûts, qualité, délais, innovation) dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.
  • Suivre et piloter les contrats sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie : développement, vie‑série, renouvellement et fin de vie.
  • Assurer une relation fournisseur de bout en bout, en tant qu’interlocuteur clé et référent sur votre technologie.
  • Coordonner les activités de votre axe fournisseur ou d’un panel stratégique de manière transverse, potentiellement au-delà de votre seule commodité.
  • Piloter le processus complet de sélection fournisseurs : analyse de besoin, stratégie d’achat, consultations, négociations, recommandation et présentation au top management.
  • Agir comme acteur clé en cas de crise : litiges contractuels, dérives, problèmes de qualité ou d’approvisionnement.
  • Apporter expertise et coaching aux Acheteurs de l’équipe, et soutenir les sujets complexes Projet & Vie‑Série.
  • Être ambassadeur de la transformation digitale des achats : déployer les nouveaux processus, outils digitaux, remonter les points d’amélioration et faciliter l’adoption.
  • Contribuer à la responsabilité sociale et environnementale (RSE) des fournisseurs et des solutions d’achat.

Votre profil

  • 6 ans d'expériences confirmée en achats indirects, idéalement dans l'achat de prestation RH (intérim, recrutement, mobilité internationale...).
  • Maîtrise des processus Achats Projet & Vie‑Série.
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation, pilotage fournisseur et gestion contractuelle.
  • Forte capacité à travailler en autonomie, à anticiper et à proposer des solutions innovantes.
  • Leadership, capacité à coordonner des équipes et à travailler de manière transverse.
  • Capacité à gérer des situations complexes et à piloter des plans d’actions.
  • Sens de la communication, pédagogie, aptitude à accompagner et influencer.
  • Aisance avec les outils achats digitaux et volonté d’être moteur dans leur déploiement.
  • Anglais professionnel souhaité.
