Au sein de la Direction des Territoires C, vous aurez en charge les affaires situées dans le secteur de Reims.

Vos missions consisteront à :

  • Responsabilités principales :Être garant des relations de Mobilize FS avec les affaires de son secteur et de leurs performances en financement et services. Maîtriser des produits et services Mobilize FS, tarification, rémunération réseau, poste vendeur Move, leviers de performance, et outils disponibles.
  • Accompagnement du réseau :Suivre et piloter des performances R1 et R2 ciblées. Déployer des offres. Former et coacher des équipes de vente. Suivre et mettre en œuvre des plans d’actions d’amélioration de la performance.
  • Gestion des relations :Être en relation avec la hiérarchie des affaires. Être force de proposition pour les animations. Être le contact principal des managers terrain du constructeur. Informer et suivre régulièrement des performances avec le Manager Régional.
  • Optimisation de la présence terrain :Structurer des rendez-vous et interventions (agenda, horaire, objectif, compte rendu, suivi). Être le spécialiste en VN VO et Services VO, MI, et acteur de la stratégie RPE sur son secteur. Alerter sur les besoins en formation et accompagnement.
  • Priorisation et autonomie :Prioriser de l’activité, gestion du temps et optimisation des déplacements. Définir de routines avec CE, CDV, Directeurs. Prendre de recul sur l’activité et préparer de présentations formalisées.

  • Diplômé d’un Master ou diplôme équivalent niveau BAC +5 et issu(e) idéalement d’une formation commerciale
  • Vous disposez impérativement d’une première expérience terrain réussie
  • Vous maitrisez le Pack office
  • Vous avez un goût pour le challenge pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux et développer au maximum le business.
  • Un bon degré d’autonomie et l’envie d’entreprendre car vous serez responsable de votre propre activité.
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel et une excellente communication afin d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs de différents niveaux, et surtout vous aimez ça !
  • Un sens certain de l’organisation, car la préparation est souvent la clé !
  • Force de proposition : avec vous il n'y a pas de problèmes, que des solutions !
