The Role (No Fluff): You’ll be working a steady stream of inbound leads from people who already want to sell their vehicle. Your job is to:

  • Build trust in the first conversation
  • Get them scheduled for an in-store appraisal
  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving
  • Follow up like a pro (because most people don’t answer the first time)

You’re not appraising cars. You’re not wrenching in a shop. You’re the bridge between interest and action.

What This Job Really Is:

You’ll Do Well Here If You:
