What You'll Do
As Service Manager, you'll build on a strong foundation and help take the department to the next level:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors
- Set ambitious goals for the department and build the systems to hit them
- Bring organization and consistency to day-to-day service operations
- Deliver a customer experience that matches the energy already coming from our sales floor
- Work closely with dealership leadership to keep momentum building across the store
What We're Looking For
- Experience in automotive service management preferred, but we will train the right person with relevant industry or leadership experience
- An ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to grow into more responsibility over time
- Strong organizational skills and the discipline to set and chase down goals
- A leader who can build trust and accountability within a team
