Van concept naar een product dat écht werkt

Als Product Developer bij Renson zet je ideeën om in slimme, technisch sterke én produceerbare producten. Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en lancering van nieuwe gevelbekledingssystemen, lamellen en gedecentraliseerde ventilatieoplossingen en volgt je producten op doorheen hun volledige levenscyclus.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met creativiteit en denkt verder dan het eerste concept:

  • Je vertaalt ideeën en concepten naar gedetailleerde 3D-modellen en onderzoekt de technische en productionele haalbaarheid.
  • Je brengt ontwerpen tot leven in prototypes, evalueert ze kritisch en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je ondersteunt de validatie- en certificatieprocessen zodat nieuwe producten klaar zijn voor de markt.
  • Je vormt een sterk duo met de Product Manager: samen bewaken jullie de technische én functionele keuzes die het succes van een nieuw product bepalen.
  • Als product owner neem je ownership over een toegewezen productportfolio, van ontwikkeling tot verdere optimalisatie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat productdata en technische kennis correct worden opgebouwd, onderhouden en gedeeld met de juiste stakeholders.

Kortom: je tekent niet zomaar een product uit. Je zorgt ervoor dat een sterk idee ook effectief een sterk product wordt.

Technisch sterk, nieuwsgierig en hands-on

Je krijgt energie van technische uitdagingen en vindt het boeiend om te zoeken naar oplossingen die innovatief én maakbaar zijn.

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, productontwerp, industrieel ontwerp of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in productontwikkeling of een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met 3D-engineeringsoftware. Ervaring met Inventor is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je denkt conceptueel, maar verliest de praktische uitvoering nooit uit het oog.
  • Je neemt graag ownership en werkt vlot samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines.
