En Rentokil Initial buscamos incorporar un/a Gerente de Operaciones para liderar, gestionar y potenciar nuestra operación en Uruguay.

Buscamos un/a profesional con visión estratégica, capacidad de liderazgo y sólida experiencia en gestión de operaciones, orientado/a a la eficiencia, el crecimiento y el cumplimiento de resultados.

📌 Responsabilidades

  • Liderar de forma integral la unidad de negocio incluyendo la gestión de P&L.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad de la operación.
  • Detectar oportunidades de expansión, mejora e innovación.
  • Asegurar altos estándares de servicio, eficiencia operativa y satisfacción de clientes.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y desarrollar talento.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con equipos regionales y dentro de una estructura multinacional.

Requirements

✅ Valoramos especialmente

  • Profesionales egresados/as de Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones y/o unidades de negocio en compañías de servicios (valorado).
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de equipos y manejo de indicadores de gestión (KPIs).
  • Se valorará experiencia en industrias B2B, servicios, facility management o logística, especialmente en entornos operativos complejos.
  • Inglés fluido (no excluyente).
