Für unseren Standort in Ravensburg suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior Logistics & Shipping Specialist, der die Verantwortung für unsere täglichen Versandabläufe übernimmt.

Es handelt sich um eine praxisorientierte, selbstständige Tätigkeit, in der Sie etwa 30–60 Sendungen pro Woche organisieren – von der Erstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen bis hin zur Koordination der Abholung und Zustellung mit unseren Logistikpartnern. Da mehr als 60 % der Sendungen an Kunden außerhalb der EU gehen, werden der internationale Versand und Zollangelegenheiten einen wichtigen Teil Ihrer Arbeit ausmachen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Kollegen bei Repligen, Spediteuren, Paketdienstleistern und Zollpartnern zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Produkte und Materialien korrekt und pünktlich an ihren Bestimmungsort gelangen.

Wie sieht Ihr Arbeitsalltag aus?

  • Organisation und Koordination von Inlands-, EU- und internationalen Sendungen von Anfang bis Ende
  • Erstellung von Versand-, Transport- und Zolldokumenten
  • Koordination der täglichen Abholungen und Zustellungen mit Spediteuren, Paketdiensten und Transportunternehmen
  • Abwicklung der Zoll- und Ausfuhrbestimmungen für Sendungen außerhalb der EU
  • Koordination von Einfuhranmeldungen für vom Kunden bereitgestellte Materialien und Rücksendungen
  • Verfolgung von Sendungen und proaktives Nachverfolgen, wenn etwas nicht nach Plan verläuft
  • Lösung von Problemen bei Lieferung, Dokumentation und Transport in Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikpartnern und internen Teams
  • Kommunikation mit Kollegen bei Repligen weltweit zu internationalen Sendungen und Zollthemen
  • Pflege korrekter Versandinformationen in unseren Systemen
  • Lösung von Problemen im Zusammenhang mit Lieferung, Dokumentation und Transport in Zusammenarbeit mit Logistikpartnern und internen Teams
  • Kommunikation mit Kollegen bei Repligen weltweit zu internationalen Sendungen und Zollangelegenheiten
  • Pflege korrekter Versanddaten in unseren Systemen
  • Unterstützung bei Lagerarbeiten, wenn zusätzliche operative Hilfe benötigt wird
  • Vertretung bei anderen Aufgaben im Bereich Supply Chain während Urlaubs- oder Abwesenheitszeiten

Idealerweise bringen Sie folgende Ausbildung und Erfahrungen mit:

  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Versand, Logistik, Spedition oder Disposition
  • Erfahrung in der Koordination internationaler Sendungen und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spediteuren oder Frachtführern
  • Grundkenntnisse über Zoll- und Exportabläufe sowie Versanddokumente
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Office; SAP-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil

Eine einschlägige kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung ist hilfreich, aber praktische Erfahrung im Versand und in der Logistik ist ebenso wichtig.
