  • Assist in process characterization, engineering trials, and the development of robust manufacturing processes for new products.

Technology Transfer & Manufacturing Readiness

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology transfer activities from R&D into manufacturing.
  • Contribute to manufacturing readiness by developing and improving work instructions, assembly methods, and process documentation.

Laboratory & Technical Support

  • Operate and maintain laboratory, workshop, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
  • Conduct inspections and product evaluations while supporting material planning, inventory management, and laboratory organization.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate build records, test documentation, and traceability information.
  • Support validation protocols, technical reports, and compliance with quality systems, GDP, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to drive projects from concept through commercialization.
  • Provide regular updates on build progress, testing outcomes, and technical challenges while supporting customer demonstrations, audits, and engineering reviews as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Technical qualification (Level 6 or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, R&D, or product development environment.
  • Experience assembling mechanical, fluid handling, or electromechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documentation, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience supporting testing, validation, or qualification activities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
