O que você vai fazer por aqui:

- Ser o ponto de contato estratégico dos nossos clientes (hotéis e pousadas), garantindo que aproveitem ao máximo os serviços contratados. - Realizar reuniões regulares para entender necessidades, alinhar expectativas e sugerir melhorias. - Colaborar na definição de estratégias de marketing que gerem resultados reais. - Identificar riscos de cancelamento e agir proativamente para manter nossos clientes engajados. - Acompanhar o NPS e propor ações baseadas nos feedbacks recebidos.

Experiência com atendimento a clientes B2B, preferencialmente em hotelaria ou marketing digital. Familiaridade com métricas de performance (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC) e campanhas de tráfego pago (Google Ads e Meta Ads). Perfil analítico, comunicativo e proativo, com foco em resultado e retenção. Capacidade de apresentar dados de forma clara e consultiva. Organização para conduzir reuniões com pauta e acompanhamento de ações. Desejável: conhecimento em Google Analytics, ClickUp
