Na Reprotel, somos especialistas em marketing digital voltado para hotéis, pousadas e resorts em todo o Brasil. Buscamos um(a) Analista de Performance com experiência em tráfego pago, que queira ir além do gerenciamento de campanhas e seja apaixonado por gerar resultados reais para o cliente.

O que você vai fazer no dia a dia: - Criar, gerenciar e otimizar campanhas de tráfego pago no Google Ads e Meta Ads (Facebook e Instagram); - Monitorar e analisar dados de desempenho por meio de planilhas e relatórios; - Traduzir dados em insights estratégicos, propondo ações de melhoria contínua com foco em aumento de reservas e retorno sobre o investimento para nossos clientes; - Avaliar e revisar anúncios criados pelos hoteleiros, propondo melhorias com base em boas práticas de performance; - Testar novos formatos, públicos, criativos e abordagens para escalar resultados; - Colaborar com outros times (conteúdo, web e social) para garantir campanhas coesas e integradas; - Pensar e agir com mentalidade analítica e foco em resultados, priorizando o sucesso de cada hotel parceiro.

Requisitos: Boa comunicação verbal e escrita; Conhecimentos de Meta Ads e Google Ads; Facilidade com planilhas do Google e análise de dados; Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial; Desejável experiência anterior em agência de marketing digital.
