We are seeking a driven and proactive Account Manager to join our remote team.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new client relationships and driving business growth across Finland, Sweden, and selected European markets. This is a highly autonomous role where you'll have the freedom to build your own client portfolio while working closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver outstanding results.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across Finland, Sweden, and selected European markets
  • Proactively reaching out to cold leads via email, LinkedIn, calls and other channels.
  • Building trust-based relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
  • Selling headhunting services, executive search and psychometric assessment solutions as strategic answers to complex hiring needs.
  • Collaborating with our delivery team to align client needs with our recruitment process.
  • Spotting new market opportunities and helping shape our go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring no lead is left behind and every opportunity is maximized.
  • We’ll shape your role around your skills, whether that’s early lead outreach or end-to-end sales and closing.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or corporate client acquisition.
  • A true hunter mentality; you enjoy prospecting, opening new doors, and creating opportunities from scratch
  • Highly self-motivated, with the drive to consistently reach out to new prospects and build your own pipeline
  • Fluent English, Finnish and/or Swedish
  • Experience selling recruitment, HR, consulting, SaaS or other B2B services is highly valued
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup and a small ambitious growth company
