Description du poste:

Sous la responsabilité de votre futur Manager, vos missions seront :

• Accueillir et informer vos clients • Renseigner les clients sur les services proposés • Remonter les informations à votre hiérarchie ou aux services concernés. • Saisir les réservations via le logiciel hôtelier interne, • Procéder aux encaissements et facturation, • Gérer les interfaces avec les Tours Opérateurs et les sites internet • Assurer les visites de la résidence • Proposer et optimiser les prestations commerciales de la résidence
