Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du Front Office Manager, vous serez en charge de :

  • Effectuer le suivi dans la préparation future du séjour du client à compter de la réservation;
  • Accueillir personnellement chaque client et être présent à chaque étape de son séjour (de la réservation au départ);
  • Etre en charge de l’accueil téléphonique, accueillir physiquement le client et faciliter son séjour à l’hôtel;
  • Accompagner et veiller à promouvoir les ventes additionnelles;
  • Participer à la facturation;
  • Effectuer les tâches liées au départ du client en lui présentant la facture et en l’accompagnant jusqu’à son départ;
  • Garantir une expérience client réussie;
  • Travailler en bonne intelligence avec les autres services;
  • Faire vivre le parcours client;
  • Assister le Concierge sur les sujets quotidiens liés au bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel;
  • Mener à bien toute mission donnée par son chef de service.

Qualifications

Votre profil :

Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l’anglais, idéalement une 3ème langue.

Vous êtes dynamique, d’un naturel très souriant et savez apporter votre touche personnelle pour créer la surprise et une expérience inoubliable pour nos clients.

Curieux(se), vous êtes adaptable pour travailler de jour comme de nuit et ainsi découvrir les différents services de l’hôtel et évoluer dans votre carrière.
