Description du poste:

Gestion opérationnelle de la résidence

  • Superviser les services (accueil, entretien, maintenance, gestion locative)
  • Organiser les plannings du personnel selon l’activité
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité

Développement commercial et relation client

  • Assurer la satisfaction client et gérer les réclamations
  • Mettre en place des actions commerciales pour optimiser le taux d’occupation
  • Développer les partenariats locaux (écoles, mairies etc.)

Gestion administrative et financière

  • Suivre les budgets, les coûts d’exploitation et la rentabilité
  • Gérer les contrats fournisseurs et les approvisionnements
  • Élaborer des rapports d’activité pour la direction ou les investisseurs

Profil :

Vos atouts :

Formation en hôtellerie (BAC PRO / BTS/ Licence)

2 à 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste d’Adjoint au directeur de résidence / Responsable adjoint au sein d’une résidence étudiante
