The posting

Shape better digital healthcare experiences for providers and patients.

As a Product Manager based in San Diego, CA, you’ll help shape how healthcare professionals use connected device and therapy data to support patient care. You’ll own and evolve key capabilities within our provider-facing digital healthcare platform while contributing to Resmed’s broader digital health strategy.

Working across the product lifecycle, you’ll turn customer needs and healthcare workflow challenges into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, commercial, quality, regulatory, privacy, and security teams to evolve an established platform and deliver experiences that create value for healthcare providers and their patients.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap and priorities for assigned product capabilities, contributing to the broader provider product strategy.
  • Build a deep understanding of healthcare provider and user workflows through customer discovery, research, feedback, product data, and solution validation.
  • Translate customer and business problems into clear product priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Use customer insights and product data to guide decisions and evaluate results.
  • Manage capabilities across the product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with engineering and UX/design to create intuitive experiences involving patients, therapy, connected medical devices, data, reporting, and analytics.
  • Make informed trade-offs across customer value, business priorities, technical considerations, quality, risk, and regulatory requirements.
  • Evolve an established healthcare product by balancing existing customer workflows and needs with new capabilities, modernisation, and longer-term product direction.
  • Communicate product priorities, decisions, dependencies, and risks clearly and build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare, MedTech, digital health, healthcare SaaS, medical devices, or another regulated healthcare technology environment.
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to an established digital product across discovery, development, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider and user workflows, with experience translating customer needs into product requirements and priorities.
  • Experience working directly with customers and users to understand needs, validate problems and solutions, and inform product decisions.
  • Experience partnering with engineering and UX/design teams to deliver digital products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using customer insights and product data to make decisions and measure outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment around product priorities and trade-offs.
  • Experience working in a regulated healthcare environment and partnering with quality, regulatory, privacy, security, or other relevant subject-matter experts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with provider-facing healthcare applications, MedTech platforms, or connected medical device solutions.
  • Experience working with medical device, therapy, clinical, or patient-generated data.
  • Knowledge of sleep medicine, respiratory care, home medical equipment, remote patient management, or longitudinal patient care, including experience building products for complex, global, or multi-market healthcare environments.

What Sets You Apart

  • Customer Curiosity: You dig into provider and user workflows to understand the problem before deciding on the solution.
  • Sound Judgement: You weigh different needs and perspectives thoughtfully and make clear decisions when trade-offs are required.
  • Collaborative Approach: You bring people together, listen to different viewpoints, and build alignment around shared priorities.
  • Clarity: You make complex problems easier to understand and communicate decisions, dependencies, and risks directly.
  • Adaptability: You can balance the needs of an established product today with new capabilities and longer-term direction.
  • Outcome Focus: You stay focused on whether the work is creating meaningful value for healthcare providers and their patients.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
