Junior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing

Job Description Summary

Junior Financial Analyst to support the CZ manufacturing (kitting) business.

Location: Stříbrná Skalice, Central Bohemia, Czechia Hybrid – requires a minimum of 3 days in Stříbrná Skalice.

Summary of Role: We are looking for a dynamic Junior Finance Analyst to join our team growing team. This position will focus on ensuring the accuracy and alignment of key manufacturing finance metrics, driving cost improvement initiatives, and providing financial support to site leadership. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong background in forecasting, reporting, and manufacturing finance.

You will work closely with various departments such as the accounting team, manufacturing team, purchasing, and logistics to help ensure that business goals are aligned with financial performance. Responsible for analysing variances in expenses, identifying revenue and expense trends, and forecasting future financial trends

How will you make an impact & Requirement

Essential Responsibilities include:

• Forecast Alignment & Cost Inputs - Drive and align input cost data and timelines to ensure accurate and timely forecast aligned to corporate deadlines. Partner with Operations and Planning stakeholders to validate key cost forecast assumptions and targets.
• Manufacturing Metrics & Reporting - Identify and communicate key trends impacting financial performance.
• Monthly Input Cost Reporting - Prepare and deliver monthly input cost reports to Operations & Finance leadership. Provide detailed variance analysis and insights on cost fluctuations and key drivers. Identify Risks and Opportunities, align with cost owners driving optimal financial outcomes.
• Finance Reporting & Stakeholder Support - Work closely with the Senior FP&A Manager and the business Operations teams to fulfil reporting requirements. Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting needs for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2+ Years of experience in manufacturing Finance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, Power Query) and PowerPoint. Fluency in English & Czech Strong Analytical Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred) Experience with SAP ACA or ACCA qualification
