Sobre el servicio

Repartir, organizar y dirigir el trabajo de sus ayudantes en la preparación de los platos de la partida o evento, supervisando de cerca el trabajo y aclarando e informando sobre las dudas que puedan surgir

Responsabilidades:

  • Se responsabilizará del buen funcionamiento de la cocina ante el jefe de cocina
  • Todas aquellas tareas que le asigne el jefe de cocina en relación con su puesto de trabajo
  • Realizará la preparación, aderezo y presentación de platos de la partida de la que es responsable
  • Participa en el control de aprovisionamiento, conservación y almacenamiento de mercancías (APPCC)
  • Revisa y controla el material i utensilios de uso en la cocina
  • Gestión de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición.

A quién estamos buscando

Personas que disfruten trabajando en el sector de la hostelería, atención directa al cliente y además con ganas de crecer profesionalmente

Conocimientos necesarios

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en el sector.
  • Imprescindible Formación en Hostelería (Estudios de especialidad).

Requisitos deseados

  • Trabajo en Equipo
  • Interés por la gastronomía
