Administrar el departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas, organizar y planificar las tareas del departamento, centrarse en la venta y controlar los costos.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender y asesorar a los clientes para que se cumplan sus expectativas
  • Capacitación en liderar y gestionar equipos de trabajo, turnos de trabajo, charla de evaluación y seguimiento diario del desempeño del equipo
  • Contratar y capacitar a nuevos empleados
  • Control de facturación en todos los puntos de venta
  • Control de costes
  • Relación con el cliente
  • Configuración y control de alérgenos
  • Cumplir con los estándares y procedimientos HACCP
  • Aumentar las ventas, verificar y controlar la facturación diaria de los diferentes puntos de venta

A quién estamos buscando

Personas que disfruten trabajando en el sector de la hostelería con un fuerte enfoque hacia atención al cliente, control de costes y seguimiento de los estándares de la empresa. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión, gran responsabilidad, proactividad, flexibilidad para adaptarse a las nuevas tendencias, habilidades organizativas y liderazgo para gestionar equipos.

Conocimientos necesarios

  • Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en un puesto de trabajo similar
  • Conocimiento de HACCP y alérgenos
  • Inglés nivel alto
  • Conocimientos en herramientas ofimáticas
