À La Forge Bistro Bar & Grill, le grill occupe une place centrale dans notre cuisine. Nous recherchons une personne expérimentée, efficace et passionnée, capable de maintenir la qualité et la constance des plats, même durant les services les plus achalandés. Tes responsabilités : Assurer la cuisson des viandes et des aliments sur le grill selon les standards établis. Maîtriser les différentes cuissons et assurer leur constance. Préparer et organiser ton poste avant et pendant le service. Assurer une mise en place efficace pour soutenir le rythme du service. Veiller à la qualité, à la température et à la présentation des plats. Travailler efficacement durant les périodes de fort achalandage. Collaborer avec les autres membres de la brigade. Maintenir ton poste de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire. Respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire. Le profil qu’on recherche Nous recherchons une personne qui : Possède une expérience pertinente comme grillardin(e) ou dans un poste similaire. Maîtrise les différentes techniques de cuisson au grill. Est capable de travailler efficacement sous pression. Aime le travail d’équipe et la collaboration. A à cœur la qualité et la constance des plats servis. Viens vivre l’hiver à Tremblant!
