Das rustikale Restaurant Stürmeierhuus befindet sich im Herzen von Schlieren, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Das Restaurant im alten Riegelhaus bietet für 76 Gäste und verfügt über eine Terrasse mit rund 60 Sitzplätzen. Ein gemütliches Stübli eignet sich hervorragend für kleinere Vereinsanlässe mit bis zu 34 Personen. Der erste und zweite bietet für bis zu 125 Personen für Bankette, Firmenanlässe und Feierlichkeiten. Familien, Anwohner und Geschäftsleute schätzen die gutbürgerliche und ehrliche Küche.

Das Restaurant Stürmeierhuus gehört zur Stiftung Arbeitskette und ist ein Integrationsbetrieb. Die Stiftung betreibt seit 1994 Gastronomiebetriebe in Zürich und Schlieren. Als operative Stiftung mit rund 100 Fachpersonen engagieren wir uns für die soziale und berufliche Integration von Lernenden und Mitarbeitenden mit einer Leistungsbeeinträchtigung und bieten rund 165 leistungsangepasste Ausbildungs\- und Arbeitsplätze an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Zusammen mit dem Küchenteam, bestehend aus Fachteam, beeinträchtigten Mitarbeitern und Lernenden übernimmst du Verantwortung für deinen Posten
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört die Organisation und Planung des Tagesablaufs, einschliesslich der Beschaffung von Waren
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Qualitäts\- und Hygienestandards
  • Von Vorteil erledigst du auch gerne administrative Aufgaben

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin EFZ und bringst wertvolle Erfahrung aus à la carte Restaurants mit * Als Mitglied unseres Fachteams bist du eine einfühlsame und offene Persönlichkeit mit einem starken sozialen Gespür. Du besitzt die Gabe, Mitarbeitende mit Beeinträchtigungen und Lernende durch deine positive Ausstrahlung zu motivieren und den Teamgeist zu stärken * Dank deinem Humor und deiner hohen Sozialkompetenz bringt dich so schnell nichts aus der Ruhe * Deutsch ist keine Fremdsprache für dich * Einwandfreier Leumund
