Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unseres ISMS nach ISO/IEC 27001
  • Du führst Risikoanalysen durch, bewertest Risiken und steuerst die Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
  • Du erstellst und pflegst Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Prozesse und Dokumentationen
  • Du bereitest interne und externe Audits sowie Zertifizierungen vor und begleitest sie
  • Du berätst Geschäftsführung, IT und Fachbereiche in allen Fragen der Informationssicherheit
  • Du berichtest regelmäßig an die Geschäftsführung über den Status der Informationssicherheit
  • Du koordinierst das Management von Sicherheitsvorfällen und leitest Lessons Learned daraus ab
  • Du planst Awareness-Maßnahmen und Schulungen für Mitarbeitende und führst sie durch
  • Du beobachtest regulatorische Entwicklungen (z. B. NIS2) und bewertest ihre Auswirkungen auf unser Unternehmen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Betreuung eines ISMS im laufenden Betrieb
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO/IEC 27001 und grundlegende Kenntnisse des BSI IT-Grundschutz
  • Erfahrung in Risikomanagement und Auditbegleitung
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Breich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, Anwendungen und grundlegenden IT-Sicherheitsmechanismen, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, Informationssicherheit über rein technische Fragestellungen hinaus zu betrachten
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Sicherheitsthemen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Ein Plus, aber kein Muss:

  • Erfahrung im initialen Aufbau eines ISMS
  • Zertifizierung wie ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, CISSP oder IT-Grundschutzpraktiker
  • Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence, z. B. für Risikomanagement, Maßnahmen-Tracking und Dokumentation
