Atuamos nos estados do Pará, Tocantins, Rio Grande do Norte, Maranhão, Amazonas, Acre, Roraima, Rondônia, Mato Grosso, Alagoas, Piauí, Bahia e Sergipe. Nos destacamos pela atuação diversificada nos segmentos de distribuição de automóveis, caminhões, motocicletas, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, além da indústria de cimento e agropecuária.

Temos uma oportunidade para Líder de Vendas JCB. Buscamos um profissional com perfil estratégico, forte atuação comercial e capacidade de liderança, para coordenar a equipe de vendas de equipamentos da linha amarela, garantindo performance, desenvolvimento do time e expansão de mercado nos segmentos de construção civil, agronegócio, mineração e infraestrutura.

Principais Atividades:

  • Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe comercial de vendas JCB;
  • Definir estratégias comerciais e apoiar a equipe no alcance das metas de vendas e rentabilidade;
  • Realizar acompanhamento de indicadores, gestão de funil de vendas e performance da equipe;
  • Prospectar grandes contas e apoiar negociações estratégicas junto aos consultores comerciais;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes dos segmentos de construção civil, agronegócio, mineração e locação;
  • Garantir a execução de visitas técnicas, demonstrações de equipamentos e ações comerciais da marca;
  • Acompanhar negociações, elaboração de propostas comerciais, processos de faturamento e entrega técnica;
  • Atuar no planejamento comercial da região, identificando oportunidades de mercado e expansão da operação;
  • Participar de feiras, eventos e ações comerciais do segmento;
  • Garantir a padronização dos processos comerciais e o alinhamento com as diretrizes da empresa e da marca JCB.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Engenharia, Agronegócio ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior com liderança comercial e gestão de equipes de vendas externas;
  • Vivência no segmento de máquinas pesadas, linha amarela, construção civil, agronegócio ou equipamentos será um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento em negociação consultiva, estratégias comerciais e gestão de indicadores;
  • Habilidade em desenvolvimento de equipe, acompanhamento de metas e gestão de resultados;
  • Conhecimento básico em crédito, financiamento e operações comerciais;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Carteira Nacional de Habilitação categoria “B”;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
