Nos destacamos pela atuação diversificada nos segmentos de distribuição de automóveis, caminhões, motocicletas, máquinas e implementos agrícolas, além da indústria de cimento e agropecuária.

Temos uma oportunidade para Recepcionista. Buscamos um/uma profissional comunicativo(a), organizado(a) e com boa postura profissional, que possua experiência em atendimento ao cliente e rotinas administrativas. É essencial ter cordialidade, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas de forma ágil, eficiente e boa comunicação.

Principais Atividades:

  • Recepcionar clientes e visitantes, garantindo um atendimento cordial e profissional;
  • Realizar atendimento presencial, telefônico e por e-mail, encaminhando às áreas responsáveis;
  • Controlar entrada e saída de visitantes, prestadores e colaboradores;
  • Organizar a agenda de compromissos e reuniões, quando necessário;
  • Auxiliar no recebimento, distribuição e envio de correspondências e documentos;
  • Apoiar atividades administrativas, como digitalização, arquivamento e controle de documentos;
  • Manter a recepção limpa, organizada e funcional;
  • Executar outras atribuições correlatas, conforme orientação do superior imediato.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Habilidade com atendimento ao público;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Pacote Office).
