Temos uma oportunidade para Operador de Seguros. Buscamos um profissional com desejável experiência em vendas e acompanhamento de seguros, que possua excelente capacidade de negociação, organização e gestão do tempo. Valorizamos alguém com postura consultiva, que atue com empatia e atenção aos detalhes durante todo o processo desde a contratação até o acompanhamento de sinistros e renovações sempre focado nas necessidades do cliente e nos resultados da empresa.

Principais Atividades:

  • Demonstrar e informar aos clientes sobre as qualidades e vantagens da aquisição do seguro;
  • Acompanhar o pós-venda, garantindo suporte e satisfação do cliente;
  • Preencher e emitir pré-propostas de seguro para análise de perfil do cliente;
  • Contatar e acompanhar clientes visando a adesão ao serviço de seguro;
  • Encaminhar os processos de venda de seguros à corretora para emissão das apólices;
  • Acompanhar e controlar os prazos de vencimento anual dos seguros, assegurando as renovações;
  • Acompanhar veículos em situação de sinistro junto à oficina, orientando os clientes durante o processo;
  • Preencher e atualizar planilhas de controle interno e acompanhamento de vendas;
  • Conferir a efetivação das propostas de seguro;
  • Acompanhar a adimplência dos clientes;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento das renovações, quando aplicável;
  • Ministrar treinamentos sobre seguros para a equipe de vendas.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Conhecimentos em Seguros;
  • Habilidade com atendimento ao público;
  • Desejável experiência com venda de seguros.
