Deine Mission

Second Hand Designer Mode ist unser Kerngeschäft – hochwertig, nachhaltig und wachstumsstark. Damit im Hintergrund alles ebenso präzise und verlässlich läuft, suchen wir für unser Finanzteam einen erfahrenen Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d). Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Debitorenbuchhaltung und Umsatzverbuchung im E-Commerce; bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie steuerlichen Meldungen arbeitest Du aktiv mit. Unser Team sitzt in Hamburg Altona in den Kühnenhöfen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Debitorenbuchhaltung im E-Commerce (Dein Schwerpunkt): Du verantwortest Buchung, Überwachung und Abstimmung der Umsätze aus unserem Online-Shop und verschiedenen Marktplätzen – auch bei großen und komplexen Datenmengen behältst Du den Überblick.
  • Daily Business & Datenabstimmung: Du stellst täglich sicher, dass die Daten aus Warenwirtschaft und von Zahlungsdienstleistern vollständig, korrekt und aktuell abgebildet sind, und sorgst für eine hohe Datenqualität.
  • Umsatzverbuchung & Monatsprozesse: Du verbuchst und stimmst unsere Umsätze eigenständig ab, analysierst und klärst Differenzen und bereitest die relevanten Konten für den Monatsabschluss vor.
  • Hauptbuch & Abschlüsse: Du stimmst die Hauptbuchkonten sauber ab, betreust den Rückstellungsspiegel und wirkst aktiv an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.
  • Steuerliche Meldungen: Du übernimmst Umsatzsteuer-Themen wie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, OSS-Meldungen und Zusammenfassende Meldungen (ZM).
  • Kreditoren & Vertretung: Du unterstützt bei der Buchung und Abstimmung von Lieferantenrechnungen und Ankäufen und übernimmst Vertretungen im Team.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst Optimierungen und Automatisierungen voran.

Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse – Du bewegst Dich sicher und selbstständig im System
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel als tägliche Arbeitsgrundlage; Interesse an der Arbeit in der Google-Umgebung ist ein Plus
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB
  • Solides steuerliches Verständnis mit Schwerpunkt Umsatzsteuer (keine hochkomplexen Sachverhalte, aber sichere Routine im Tagesgeschäft)
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise – Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und denkst mit
