Du baust ihn weiter auf, prägst ihn mit deiner Persönlichkeit und schaffst gemeinsam mit uns ein einzigartiges Ankaufserlebnis im Re-Commerce.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die volle operative und unternehmerische Verantwortung für den Store (dein eigenes Baby!)
  • Du baust unseren Kund*innenstamm aus und pflegst langfristige Beziehungen – als echte*r Netzwerker*in
  • Du sorgst für ein Ankaufserlebnis, das so exklusiv wie herzlich ist
  • Du behältst die KPIs im Blick und setzt smarte Maßnahmen für nachhaltiges Wachstum
  • Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung des Stores mit Tatkraft und Gespür voran

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf oder Vetrieb von Premium- oder Luxusmode
  • Fundierte Markenkenntnisse: Du erkennst Designerlabels und kennst ihren Wert – Marken-Know-how ist dein Trumpf
  • Leidenschaft für Mode mit Geschichte und echtes Gespür für die Wiener Kundschaft
  • Unternehmerisches Denken – du behandelst den Store wie dein eigenes Business
  • Starkes Netzwerk oder die Motivation, eines aufzubauen – du bist ein Connector
  • Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit und Re-Commerce
  • Stilvolles, souveränes Auftreten – mit dem gewissen Wiener Charme
