Deine Mission

  • Du wirkst aktiv am Aufbau und an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Controllings unserer Gesellschaften REVIDERM AG, BAGA Bildungsakademie für Gesundheit und Aesthetik GmbH, TRUE CARE GmbH und Mussler Cosmetics Production GmbH mit.
  • Du bereitest die Budgetierung vor, begleitest deren Umsetzung und trägst die Verantwortung für die Budgeterstellung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen relevante KPIs, konzipierst und implementierst automatisierte Reporting- und Analyseprozesse und unterstützt so die Bereiche mit transparenten, verständlichen Reports bei ihren betriebswirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen.
  • Du baust die Kostenrechnung inklusive interner Leistungsverrechnung (ILV) auf und entwickelst sie weiter – dabei arbeitest du mit unterschiedlichen eingesetzten Systemen und stellst deren reibungslose Integration sicher.
  • Du führst periodische und situative Leistungsermittlungen und -analysen durch, um Optimierungsfelder und Fehler in verschiedensten Dimensionen aufzudecken – beispielsweise in Bezug auf Artikel, Artikelgruppen, Kunden, Regionen, Marketingeffizienz, sowie mittel- und langfristige Planungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen und identifizierst im Rahmen deines unternehmerischen Überblicks Optimierungspotenziale, die du aktiv bei der Umsetzung begleitest.

Deine Expertise

  • Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium (idealerweise Master) mit Fokus auf Controlling, Business Intelligence oder Data Analytics.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzwesen.
  • Begeisterung für Zahlen, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Versiert in Excel, MS-SQL, Access, DATEV sowie ERP- und BI-Systemen; Kenntnisse in Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) sind ein Plus.
  • Kommunikationsstark, durchsetzungsfähig, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude am Zusammenspiel von Zahlen und Menschen.
