Revivery is looking for enthusiastic Member Concierges to join our team in Oldsmar, FL. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience of unreasonable hospitality, from warm greetings to managing appointments and addressing inquiries. We are looking for a Member Concierge who shares our commitment to exceptional service, and who is excited to be the first point of contact for our diverse community of members—whether they are new to wellness practices or seasoned athletes. Your role will be integral in ensuring that each member feels supported, valued, and inspired throughout their wellness journey at Revivery.

About You:

  • You are an accomplished customer service professional, with experience in providing high-quality service in a wellness, fitness, or hospitality setting.
  • You are passionate about creating a positive and welcoming environment, understanding that your role is crucial in making the first and last impression on our members.
  • You are personable, empathetic, friendly, and positive, with highly-developed emotional intelligence that allows you to make members feel valued and understood.
  • You are excellent at communication in all forms, ensuring that whether in-person, over the phone, or through email, members receive clear and helpful information.
  • You understand that delivering an exceptional member experience is a team effort, and are eager to collaborate with coworkers throughout the organization to ensure every member interaction is seamless.
  • You have experience with front desk operations, including managing appointments, processing payments, and handling member inquiries with efficiency and care.
  • You have a member-focused mindset, familiar with anticipating member needs, resolving concerns quickly, and enhancing their overall experience.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve the member experience and streamline front desk operations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience or
  • 1-3 years front desk operations experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours
