Questa posizione prevede la presenza full time presso lo stabilimento produttivo sito in Padulle di Sala Bolognese

Responsabilità Generali:

L'Operatore di Manutenzione è responsabile del corretto funzionamento degli impianti produttivi e delle linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard produttivi, di sicurezza e qualità ed eventualmente del corretto funzionamento degli impianti esterni a servizio dello stabilimento.

Attività Principali:

• Assistenza ai reparti produttivi Bulk e Filling&Assembling per tutte le attività quotidiane di cambio colore sulle macchine di riempimento • Assistenza al reparto Filling&Assembling per le attività di cambio formato sulle linee di confezionamento tra le diverse produzioni • All’occorrenza, interviene sugli impianti esterni a servizio dello stabilimento con regolazioni dei parametri • Analizza e registra i parametri critici legati al trattamento dell’acqua industriale • Supporta il confezionamento nelle attività di sanitizzazione delle linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle GMP cosmetiche • Gestione devices delle linee di confezionamento • Compilazione puntuale delle relazioni giornaliere (LOG) relative le attività di confezionamento • Registra attraverso report le attività quotidiane di manutenzione e di troubleshooting delle criticità produttive • All’occorrenza sostituisce le parti difettose • Interviene nella pulizia approfondita di macchine e impianti
