  • Build and refine reusable OD resources, diagnostics, facilitator guides and HRBP toolkits that support consistent delivery and appropriate self-service.
  • Enable HRBPs through case consultation, co-design and selective co-facilitation, while maintaining clear boundaries with HRBP and Employee Relations responsibilities.
  • Scope and oversee assigned external OD consultants and facilitators, ensuring clear deliverables, quality, confidentiality and alignment with RevMed standards.
  • Define engagement objectives and measures, gather stakeholder feedback, assess follow-through and share organizational insights with the Senior Director and HR partners.
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent engagements and coordinate tracking, logistics and reporting with OD&E program operations support.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, leadership development or internal/external organizational consulting.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and HRBPs on complex organizational and team challenges.
  • Strong hands-on experience in organizational diagnosis, organization design, team effectiveness, facilitation and change management.
  • Ability to design and facilitate high-impact leadership and cross-functional team sessions and translate diagnostic insights into practical recommendations.
  • Effective leadership coaching and consulting skills, including sound judgment in sensitive or confidential situations.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, communication, project management and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Experience developing and applying practical OD tools, frameworks and measures of engagement effectiveness.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
