Exceptional communication, organization, internal customer service, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The OD team is an outgoing, collaborative and fun team, and we take pride in being easy to do business with.

What You'll Do

  • Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to develop learning experiences from needs analysis through design, development, delivery, reinforcement, and evaluation.
  • Translate technical, business, and organizational knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Design and develop learning across multiple modalities, including instructor-led training, virtual learning, eLearning, microlearning, videos, job aids, and other performance-support resources.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve, streamline, or scale learning programs and processes.

Onboarding Program

  • Own the end-to-end execution and continuous improvement of RF-SMART’s onboarding programs, including Foundations and Smart Start.
  • Coordinate schedules, presenters, hiring managers, communications, materials, enrollment, logistics, and learning technology required for successful program delivery.
  • Facilitate select onboarding and team member learning sessions.
  • Monitor program quality, participation, learner feedback, and outcomes and recommend improvements that strengthen the new-hire experience.
  • Ensure onboarding creates a welcoming and engaging experience that connects new team members with RF-SMART’s business, culture, values, and expectations.

Learning Management System (LMS) & Learning Technology

  • Serve as the organization’s LMS owner, administrator, and super user, managing content, assignments, learning paths, user support, reporting, system configuration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain an organized, accessible, and engaging learning environment that enables team members to easily find relevant development resources.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of the LMS and other approved learning technologies.
  • Analyze LMS participation, completion, usage, and learner data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and improved processes to make learning more scalable and efficient.
  • Serve as the primary internal resource for learning-related systems and tools.

Career Growth & Team Member Development

  • Own the ongoing implementation, maintenance, promotion, and continuous improvement of the Career Growth Framework (CGF) and associated learning resources.
  • Partner with the Director of OD and business leaders to translate career development priorities into practical tools, resources, and learning experiences.
  • Create and maintain development resources that help team members understand growth opportunities and take ownership of their development.
  • Increase awareness, accessibility, and utilization of career development resources across the organization.

Enterprise Training & Upskilling

  • Coordinate and maintain the company-wide training calendar and support execution of learning and upskilling priorities established through the OD strategy.
  • Design and execute learning experiences that address emerging organizational skill and capability needs.
  • Partner with departments requesting customized learning to understand the business need and recommend an appropriate solution.
  • Coordinate internal subject matter experts and external learning partners as appropriate.
  • Support broader OD initiatives, including performance, talent, leadership, change, and AI initiatives, through learning design, content development, LMS deployment, and other learning solutions as needed.

Training Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish appropriate measures of success for learning programs and evaluate effectiveness through participation, learner feedback, knowledge and application measures, and other relevant indicators.
  • Analyze learning data and stakeholder feedback to identify patterns, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Regularly evaluate existing programs and processes and recommend improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, learner experience, and impact.
  • Stay current on learning and development practices, instructional design approaches, learning technologies, and emerging trends and bring relevant ideas to the OD team.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design, with demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
  • Experience designing learning across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video, microlearning, and performance-support resources.
  • Strong LMS administration capability and comfort learning and optimizing learning technology.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members.
  • Effective facilitation skills and ability to create engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and feedback to make recommendations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
