The posting

Executar serviços de fabricação, preparação, ajuste, montagem e instalação de *tubulações, tanques, reatores, plataformas, estruturas e componentes em aço inoxidável*, seguindo desenhos técnicos, isométricos, especificações de projeto, tolerâncias dimensionais e procedimentos de qualidade e segurança.

O profissional deverá possuir experiência prática em caldeiraria de aço inox, garantindo adequado alinhamento, nivelamento, esquadro, dimensional e preparação das peças para soldagem e montagem final.

### Principais responsabilidades

* Interpretar desenhos de fabricação, montagem, detalhamentos, croquis e isométricos; * Realizar traçagem, medição, marcação, corte, preparação e ajuste de peças em aço inox; * Fabricar e montar componentes de tanques, equipamentos, tubulações, suportes, plataformas e estruturas; * Executar preparação e ajuste de tubos, curvas, tees, reduções, flanges e demais componentes; * Realizar montagem e posicionamento de bocais, conexões, instrumentos e acessórios em tanques e equipamentos; * Executar montagem e ajuste de spools de tubulação; * Realizar alinhamento, nivelamento, esquadro e conferência dimensional das montagens; * Preparar juntas e componentes para posterior execução de soldagem; * Realizar ponteamento quando habilitado e conforme procedimentos estabelecidos; * Auxiliar na montagem e posicionamento de tanques, reatores e demais equipamentos; * Executar ajustes e modificações de peças em campo conforme desenhos e orientações da engenharia; * Utilizar ferramentas de medição como trena, nível, esquadro, paquímetro e instrumentos necessários à atividade; * Operar ferramentas manuais e elétricas utilizadas em corte, preparação e acabamento; * Preservar as superfícies em aço inox, evitando riscos, danos e contaminação por aço carbono; * Segregar ferramentas e materiais quando necessário para evitar contaminação do inox; * Trabalhar em conjunto com soldadores, montadores, encanadores e demais profissionais da montagem; * Apoiar inspeções dimensionais e correções de não conformidades; * Zelar pelas ferramentas, máquinas e equipamentos utilizados; * Manter a frente de serviço limpa e organizada; * Cumprir os procedimentos de qualidade, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente.

Escolaridade:* Ensino Fundamental ou Médio, preferencialmente completo.

*Experiência:* experiência comprovada como *Caldeireiro de Aço Inox*, preferencialmente em obras de montagem industrial, fabricação de tanques, equipamentos ou sistemas de tubulação.

*Conhecimentos necessários:* leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos e isométricos; traçagem e desenvolvimento básico de peças; metrologia; preparação e ajuste de juntas; montagem de tubulações e equipamentos; conhecimento das características dos aços inoxidáveis 304/304L e 316/316L; técnicas para evitar contaminação do inox; utilização de ferramentas de corte, preparação e acabamento.

Será considerado diferencial possuir experiência em *tanques e reatores sanitários*, linhas de processo e utilidades, montagem de equipamentos para indústrias farmacêuticas, alimentícias, cosméticas, químicas ou de biotecnologia, além de conhecimento de requisitos sanitários e boas práticas aplicáveis à fabricação e montagem em aço inox.

Experiência com montagem baseada em *isométricos, desenhos de fabricação, P&IDs e listas de materiais* também será valorizada.
