Executar serviços de soldagem em aço inoxidável na fabricação, montagem, instalação, modificação e manutenção de tubulações, tanques, equipamentos e acessórios industriais, principalmente pelo processo *TIG/GTAW*, seguindo desenhos, isométricos, procedimentos de soldagem e requisitos de qualidade e segurança aplicáveis ao projeto.

*Principais responsabilidades:*

* Executar soldagem TIG/GTAW em tubulações, conexões, suportes, tanques e equipamentos em aço inox; * Realizar soldas em materiais AISI 304/304L e 316/316L, conforme especificação do projeto; * Executar preparação, ponteamento, ajuste e soldagem de juntas; * Realizar soldagem de tubulações sanitárias e industriais em diferentes posições; * Executar purga interna com argônio quando requerida, garantindo proteção da raiz da solda; * Preparar e limpar superfícies antes e após a soldagem, evitando contaminação do aço inox; * Trabalhar em conjunto com montadores e encanadores na montagem e alinhamento das linhas; * Interpretar desenhos técnicos, croquis, isométricos e orientações de montagem; * Conferir dimensional, alinhamento e condições das juntas antes da execução da soldagem; * Utilizar corretamente máquinas de solda, ferramentas elétricas e manuais e equipamentos auxiliares; * Zelar pela conservação das máquinas, tochas, ferramentas e acessórios sob sua responsabilidade; * Identificar e utilizar corretamente consumíveis de soldagem de acordo com o material especificado; * Atender aos procedimentos de soldagem *EPS/WPS* aplicáveis ao projeto; * Manter identificação e rastreabilidade das soldas quando exigidas pelo sistema de qualidade; * Apoiar inspeções visuais, ensaios e eventuais reparos de soldagem; * Cumprir os procedimentos de qualidade, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa e do cliente; * Manter a frente de trabalho limpa e organizada.

Ensino Fundamental ou Médio, preferencialmente completo; experiência comprovada como soldador TIG de aço inox em montagem industrial; conhecimento prático em soldagem de tubulações; habilidade para preparação e execução de raiz, enchimento e acabamento; conhecimento de purga com argônio; capacidade de interpretar desenhos e isométricos; disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em obras.

*Conhecimentos técnicos desejáveis:* soldagem TIG/GTAW; aço inox 304/304L e 316/316L; tubulação sanitária; soldagem com proteção/purga de argônio; preparação de juntas; acabamento e limpeza de soldas; noções de EPS/WPS e qualificação de soldadores; controle de contaminação do aço inox; leitura de isométricos; conhecimento básico de simbologia de soldagem.

*Diferenciais:* experiência em instalações sanitárias para indústrias farmacêuticas, cosméticas, alimentícias, biotecnológicas ou químicas; experiência com tubulações conforme requisitos *ASME BPE/ASME B31.3; experiência com inspeção por boroscopia em soldas sanitárias; conhecimento de passivação e acabamento sanitário; experiência ou conhecimento em **soldagem orbital*.
