De schakel tussen advies en dagelijks dossierbeheer

Bij RFN geloven we dat een sterke klantenrelatie start met een vlekkeloze onboarding. Daarom zijn we op vandaag op zoek naar een Customer Success Specialist.

In deze rol ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt tijdens de opstartfase. Je begeleidt klanten doorheen de praktische en administratieve inrichting van hun dossier en zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrekken vanuit een kwalitatief voorbereid dossier.

TAKEN

Als Customer Success Specialist bewaak je het volledige onboardingproces vanaf de ondertekening van de opdrachtbrief tot de overdracht naar de dossierbeheerder. Je werkt nauw samen met consultants, dossierbeheerders, klanten en interne ondersteunende diensten.

Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het controleren van klantgegevens, documenten en ontbrekende administratieve stukken.
  • Het organiseren van mandaten, volmachten, toegangen en digitale portalen.
  • Het opzetten en controleren van software, e-invoicing en digitale koppelingen.
  • Het begeleiden en opleiden van klanten in het gebruik van boekhoud -en facturatiesoftware.
  • Het opvolgen van openstaande acties en bewaken van deadlines.
  • Het controleren of een dossier volledig en startklaar is voor overdracht.
  • Het informeren van de consultant en dossierbeheerder wanneer de onboarding succesvol is afgerond.
  • Het opvolgen van dossiers na de opstart en nagaan of alles correct werkt.

PROFIEL

Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit structuur brengen, mensen begeleiden en processen verbeteren. Je hoeft geen consultant te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die sterk is in coördinatie, communicatie en digitale toepassingen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende :

  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en volgt acties consequent op.
  • Je communiceert helder en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert snel nieuwe software en systemen gebruiken.
  • Kennis van het Fans is, naast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, een belangrijke meerwaarde.
