Critical Care Registered Nurse (Night Shift)

Location: Abilene, Texas Shift: Night Shift 36/48 hours per week Sign-On Bonus: $35,000 for Night Shifts

RGH Care Bridge is seeking dedicated Critical Care Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Abilene, Texas. We are looking for both local and nationwide candidates to provide exceptional care to our critically ill patients in a highly rewarding environment. Role Overview

As a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), you will be responsible for caring for adolescent and adult patients with life-threatening critical illnesses or injuries. Your duties include:

  • Providing direct, hands-on care to critically ill patients.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to assess and manage patient care plans.
  • Monitoring vital signs and therapeutic equipment to ensure proper patient care.
  • Responding promptly to emergency situations, making critical decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
  • Licenses & Certifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
  • ACLS certification (required before orientation completion).
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion).
  • Experience: Open to both new graduate nurses and experienced nurses.

Shifts Available

  • Night Shifts 36/48 hours per week.
